Lowder’s Baking Company has become a local favorite with their variety of fresh pastries, sandwiches, and delectable desserts. But, they’ll soon be expanding with the addition of a new business right next to the bakery in Fall 2021. An exact date will be shared in the near future.
Doc’s Sandwich Shop & Deli, named after their pet dachshund, will feature many of the fresh, high-quality ingredients we’ve come to love and expect from the Lowders. And, of course, their fresh baked bread will be an option! The new location will be open for lunch only.

“After seeing the growth of our Lowder Lunch sandwich pop-ups at the bakery, we are excited to take this to the next step,” the company stated through their social platforms. “We’ve been working hard and are so thrilled to finally share the news! We’re looking forward to sharing many more details soon.”
The menu will include sandwiches, salads, soups, boxed lunches, Grab & Go, and more. They plan to offer customer favorites as well as innovative and new takes on their classic sandwiches.
