Things are heating up at Great Raft Brewing. We are pleased to announce that Dripp Hot Chicken is taking up permanent residence at Great Raft Brewing.
Dripp Hot Chicken is the latest creation of Michelle and Caleb King, founders of Dripp Donuts. Since Dripp Hot Chicken arrived on the food scene in Northwest Louisiana – it’s been an elusive target for many Dripp-lovers in the area. Operating from a food truck, Dripp Hot Chicken has popped up at a variety of local businesses and neighborhoods. But now, Dripp will move into and take over operations of the kitchen permanently stationed at the Great Raft Brewing Tasting Room.
“We are excited to now be able to offer our customers another premium local product while they visit the brewery. Dripp’s commitment to quality makes their food the perfect complement to our fresh, local beer. We think customers will be excited to support these two local businesses coming together,” said Andrew Nations, co-founder and president of Great Raft Brewing.
Dripp Hot Chicken’s hours of operation are below, closing slightly before the brewery closes each day:
Dripp Hot Chicken Hours
- Tuesday – Thursday: 4-8pm
- Friday – Saturday: 12-8 pm
Great Raft Brewing Hours
- Tuesday – Thursday: 4-9pm
- Friday – Saturday: 12-10 pm
Customers can expect the favorites previously featured on the food truck, along with some new, exclusive items available only at Great Raft Brewing.

The Dripp Hot Chicken at Great Raft Brewing grand opening is Saturday, August 19 starting at noon.
Dripp Hot Chicken also plans to soon offer catering and to-go / delivery options in addition to on-site dining at Great Raft Brewing.
