Sal Marciano, known for Sal’s Pizzeria, along with his partner, Kristen Henry, have opened a new restaurant in Shreveport, Louisiana. Apollo’s Wings and Rice serves two main entrees and I bet you can guess what they are: wings and fried rice.
They also serve some specialty items including fried chicken sandwiches, loaded fries, among other appetizers.
Apollo’s has a variety of wing flavors, all of which come as bone-in or traditional, along with six different types of fried rice.
This is one restaurant you’ll definitely want to add to your list of favorites! They are located at 303 E. Kings and are open Monday through Saturday from 11am until 10pm, beginning next week. Their current hours are 5pm until 10pm.
