Get ready to shake those rattling bones as the SBC Zombie Walk is back!
This year’s SBC Zombie Walk will be held on Saturday, October 15th in the East Bank Plaza from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM with an emphasis on Jammin’ Out and Shakin’ what our Mummy gave us!
The SBC Zombie Walk is a zombie-themed festival, now hosted by the Bossier Arts Council, celebrating all things spooky during the month of Halloween while also giving back to our community and supporting local nonprofits. As always, the only admission to attend the event is a donation brought for the Food Bank of Northwest Louisiana. LifeShare Blood Center will also be onsite collecting blood donations and their featured nonprofit for this year is the Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse (CADA).
CADA also helped influence this year’s theme, as they hired CADA’s in-house graphic designer, Nate Treme, to design this year’s look and graphic work, as well as name the theme. This year’s theme is Recover Your Life. Nate will also be performing as our live musical guest and running a vendor booth for his brand “Highland Paranormal Society.”
