The Red River Revel is currently searching for a Director of Operations to join their team. Red River Revel, Inc., the 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that produces Northwest Louisiana’s favorite events including the Red River Revel Arts Festival, CORK: A Red River Revel Wine Event, Shreveport Farmers’ Market, and Shreveport BREW, is administered by a Governing Board of 23 members representing sponsors and the general community and is facilitated by an Executive Director.
The Director of Operations role will provide extensive support to the Executive Director, manage all operational systems for the Red River Revel Arts Festival, and be responsible for leading the organization’s day-to-day business operations. Duties include systems management, purchasing, budget administration, database management, and assisting finance personnel with the administration of the annual audit. In addition, they will act as a liaison with various entities and represent the Revel in accordance with policies and procedures. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, analytical, and creative leader that will join the senior management team.
