According to the Downtown Development Authority, the new restaurant will coordinate with events at other local venues and businesses, including The Strand Theatre and the Robinson Film Center, among others.
The new venue will provide a space for patrons to eat and socialize after events. Downtown Shreveport currently has no options for late night dining.
Munoz also plans to offer Prix Fixe, a complete meal offered at a fixed price, as well as happy hour specials.
Renovations on the location have already begun. They’re currently working to obtain the necessary permits and hope to open in conjunction with Artspace’s summer exhibit, Batman: Black and White. The summer exhibit opens on June 24th.
The new eatery is located at 708 Texas St. in downtown, Shreveport. We’ll share more details and their official opening date once it is announced.
