Chef Darrell Johnson is the local owner of NOLA Creations but many around the country recognize him as the Season 10 winner of Food Network’s “The Great Food Truck Race.” Johnson and his team most recently competed against several other previous champions on “The Great Food Truck Race: All-Stars.”
He’s appeared on Food Network’s “Cutthroat Kitchen,” The Louisiana Food Prize, and the World Food Championships. His New Orleans flavor is evident with a taste of The Quarter in every order! With over 25 years in the food industry and training under Emeril Lagasse, it’d be hard to find someone of his calibre offering such personal cooking classes locally.
