Shreveport Little Theatre will hold auditions for its 103rd Season production of It’s a Wonderful Life the Musical by Keith Ferguson and Bruce Greer. Laura Beeman Nugent, Shreveport Little Theatre’s Artistic Director, is set to direct and choreograph the production with Adam Philley serving as Musical Director.
Auditions will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 14, 2024, with callbacks on Sunday, September 15 at 6:00 p.m., at Shreveport Little Theatre. A dance call will be held at 2:00 pm with individual auditions immediately following the dance call, at the time scheduled by the actor.
Those interested in auditioning should prepare a 16-32 bar cutting of a song similar to the style of the show and a forty-five second to one minute monologue. All roles are open. All ages are welcome to audition.
Rehearsals begin October 21, 2024, with opening night set for December 13, 2024. The show will run two weekends.

Please note that the mandatory dance call will take place before the individual vocal/acting auditions.
